Project Management Specialist (Business Development)

About the position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Specialist to support strategic projects and business development initiatives at Al Nas Hospital. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional projects, conduct feasibility studies, support community engagement activities, and contribute to process improvement and organizational growth.

Position description

  • Coordinate projects with internal stakeholders and project owners.

  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and executive presentations.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and preliminary business analyses.

  • Support project implementation and performance monitoring.

  • Assist in business development initiatives and market research.

  • Coordinate community outreach activities and external partnerships.

  • Support GAHAR Community Assessment and Involvement requirements.

  • Contribute to social media campaign content and awareness initiatives.

Position Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering.

  • Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, TQM, or MBA candidate is preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, business development, healthcare operations, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in feasibility studies and project coordination is preferred.

  • Knowledge of GAHAR standards is an advantage.
