Quality Supervisor

About the position

ALNas Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Supervisor to support and enhance the hospital’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with national and international healthcare quality standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, performance monitoring, and accreditation activities, contributing to the hospital’s commitment to excellence in patient care.

Position description

  • Monitor compliance with quality, patient safety, and regulatory standards across all hospital departments.

  • Conduct internal audits, quality rounds, and compliance assessments.

  • Analyze quality indicators and performance data, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement.

  • Support accreditation activities and maintain readiness for surveys and assessments.

  • Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating policies, procedures, and quality documentation.

  • Coordinate quality improvement projects and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

  • Support risk management and patient safety initiatives.

  • Deliver quality-related training and awareness programs for hospital staff.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Position Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare quality management.

  • Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies, patient safety principles, and healthcare regulations.

  • Experience with healthcare accreditation standards, particularly GAHAR and international accreditation frameworks, is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
